We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of dropshipping via third-party suppliers (CJdropshipping), our return policy follows their guidelines.
🟢 Refunds Are Approved If:
• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• The package never arrives (after 60 days worldwide, 45 days for the USA)
• The item is significantly different from the product description
🔴 Refunds Are Not Approved If:
• The buyer entered the wrong shipping address
• The buyer no longer wants the item (buyer’s remorse)
• Delay caused by customs or shipping disruptions

• Photo/video proof (if damaged or incorrect item)

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
